The ground floor consists of a living room, a full kitchen, a dining room with a corner for teleworking and a bathroom. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom (bath and separate shower) including washer-dryer and a work space equipped with a sit/stand desk. Each floor has an emergency exit. Other things to note During summer time, the dock is available with access to a paddle boat (pedal), two kayak and two paddle board. 4 personal flotation device for adult and 3 for children are provided.
