This amount has to be transferred to a local institution called INCASOL. For shorter stays, a deposit will be collected by owners also. Amount depending on the length of stay, to be returned 10 days after departure. It will be requested to send ID and residence details prior to arrival in order to prepare contract for your stay. We will be asking for a deposit for your stay. According to the Law, you will be asked at the moment of the check-in for your IDs and to sign a contract for your stay. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
