Guest access You have the entire flat for yourself Other things to note For all rents longer than a 2 month period (60 days), it is a legal requirement in Spain to pay a deposit for your stay. This amount has to be transferred to a local institution called INCASOL. For shorter stays, a deposit will be collected by owners also. Amount depending on the length of stay, to be returned 10 days after departure. It will be requested to send ID and residence details prior to arrival in order to prepare contract for your stay. We will be asking for a deposit for your stay. According to the Law, you will be asked at the moment of the check-in for your IDs and to sign a contract for your stay. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that there is check in fee of 45 euros for the arrivals after 20.00 and during the weekends and bank holidays Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 100€ per month. If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
