Enjoy Malaga in this perfect location, an 8-minute walk from downtown, in an authentic neighborhood, full of small shops, restaurants and close to the beach. Ideal for couples and solo travelers. There are many services around the apartment. The apartment is newly renovated and has large common areas. The room has Wi-Fi, a desk, and a TV with Chromecast. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building, which is easily accessed by an elevator. The space The room is bright, air-conditioned, has a closet, nightstand and table for working or writing. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The common areas have a kitchen, a spacious living room and two bathrooms, all newly renovated. The kitchen is somewhat separate from the rooms, allowing for a better coexistence of the guests. Guest access The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms, three double bedrooms and a single bedroom that are rented separately. Guests have the use of the room with individual key and also have the shared use of the bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The bathrooms are newly renovated and we make shampoo and shower gel available to guests. There is also a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and a small table. The living room is a cozy place with reading material and our recommendations to better plan your visit to the city. During your stay We offer self check-in for our guests. This way the guest can arrive at the apartment and check in at any time of the day or night, after 5:00 pm. We guarantee the guest's privacy when entering the apartment and their autonomy. Of course, we will always be in touch and attentive to what the guest needs at all times. Other things to note In addition to being newly renovated and cozy, the apartment has many services nearby: there is a supermarket right in front of the apartment. For lunch or breakfast there are restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and a traditional ice cream parlor. There's a pharmacy on the same street. On the next street, Compás de la Victoria, you can take the public bus for longer trips, but the tourist attractions are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment does not directly face the main street, so the noises of the center are muffled by the position of the apartment. For the more athletic or those who want to take a vigorous walk with a final prize, the apartment is at the base of the hill that leads to the Gibralfaro viewpoint, one of the favorite sites of Malaga residents to admire the entire city. The apartment is located in a white zone, that is, you can park on the street at no additional cost, although in the center of Malaga we recommend leaving the car and enjoying the experience on foot or by public transport.
