These two newly built and stylishly furnished flats, measuring 82 and 80 square metres respectively, are located in the same building and can accommodate a total of 12 guests. With two private car parks outside the front door and only a few steps to the separate entrance to the flats, you can expect a wintery experience. The flats are connected by a staircase outside, where there is a spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air even in the colder months. In these modern flats, you can expect a cosy and well-designed living concept with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, an XXL bathtub and 2 large rain showers. In addition, a phenomenal roof terrace and balcony offer a winter retreat. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea and enjoy all the amenities these two flats have to offer. The gas grill must be cleaned by guests after use - suitable equipment is available. If the grill is not cleaned, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
