Five maple home for families in wild nature

We are happy to welcome you to our spacious house, which underwent a complete renovation in 2023. We love comfortable sleeping, our sauna (extra fee), warm floors, natural materials, live fire and undisturbed views. Your children will play with us, the dog will run freely. We love the changing weather and walks in the wild with almost no contact with civilization. In summer, natural swimming, in winter, cross-country skiing right from the door. This is our world here, hidden in the mountains. Come and tune in to peace and nature... The space 5 Maple home has it's name because our family consists of 5 and also 5 maple trees surround our front yard. It's our second home which we also offer to guests. We would like to kindly ask all guests to be respectful to all equipment including toys which belong to our children, so we can all have nice time here in the future. 160m2 house has got 3 bedrooms with fluffy super warm sheets. Rooms are oriented north, west and south. Bedrooms have got tree view and are spacey. Downstairs you find one WC, kitchen, dining room, livingroom and 2 entrances (one only for summer). Upstairs 2x WC (one separate), 2x bathroom, and 3x bedroom. The rare neighbourhood gives nice privacy. We have our privat road so there is no traffic and your kids can run around safely. There is a WiFi available in the house but please consider we are in the mountains, very close to the boarder, far from village, the weather can get wild, all those aspects influence the internet speed. If you have work through the internet that cannot be delayed you might have to use your own data or find other location for your stay. Our house is sunny, located 850m abow sea level, surrounded by trees. From the southern windows you see opposite hills and valleys. Your view is not interrupred by buildings, just the nature. Trees provide natural barrier against the wind and sun shade. The big forrest starts 100m behind the house. We love sports and walks and that's what you find here easily. Winter: biggest downhill ski area in Czech republic only 17 minutes by car, smaller ski area Alšovka 6min dříve (on the spring, summer and Fall - forrest lake, no people, good for dogs), conditioned crosscountry ski trails 10 minutes by car from the house, privat crosscountry ski paths through the woods starting just above the house. Spring and Summer : the highway for bikes - renting possibility from close Klínovec or Boží dar (wonderful area for electric bikes), clean river good for small boats or for swimm (you can take your dogs there), big rocks by the river regulated for climbing 10min drive plus 6min walk, big natural public pool 8 minutes drive from the house, cute hidden mountain spring lake for hardy swimmers 6min by car, blueberry fields. Autumn : huge amount of mushrooms to pick. We own 2 cats who sometimes accompany us to this mountain home. So if you have anybody allergic in your group our place wouldn't fit. Guest access You, as our guest can enter all the rooms in the house. You can use all the area around the house, the garden, grass land and the outside dining. Please respect the natural borders with neighbours land and if you have dogs please don´t let them near other houses. Thank you 🙂.
