The house, in a beautiful panoramic and quiet location, about 5 km from the center and the beaches of Fano. A few kilometers away are Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara, Mondavio and many other charming villages. From the porch you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills and dine with breathtaking sunsets. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families, groups, and furry friends. The space The name is dedicated to the swallows that return to nest every year. The roof also houses a couple of small birds of prey in winter. The location is unique, in an area that has remained wild, although not far from Fano and Pesaro. It is common to see wild animals such as deer, porcupines, foxes, hares, pheasants, owls, etc., and, during the migration, the bee-eaters, beautiful colorful birds, nest nearby in the tuff walls. Around the house there are several very suggestive places to go by mountain bike or on foot. Guest access Our guests will have the opportunity to have the entire main house and the annex available or the possibility to opt for one of the two solutions. The garden is common to the two houses. Main house Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room with fireplace, laundry room and a small bathroom. From the porch of about 40 square meters you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills up to the Apennines and you can dine outside, on warm summer evenings, with the light hill breeze and the view of fantastic sunsets. 1st Floor: 3 double bedrooms for a total of 6 beds (plus 3 in addition). One room has a private bathroom while the others have a shared bathroom. In addition to the 9 beds, there is a comfortable armchair bed in the living room. The garden, planted with olive trees, fruit trees, cypresses and centuries-old oaks, is furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs. The fruit produced is available for guests!
