The Jasmine House (in Štinjan) is a yellow house in the neighborhood of private and holiday homes. Guests have absolute privacy (including the garden, outdoor swimming pool, and grill). The owners live 3 km away. This holiday home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with 4 air-condition in total, 2 flat-screen TV, 2 computer tables, a fully equipped kitchen (a dishwasher and oven; electric coffee machine, toaster, and microwave) with dining area, and 2 bathrooms with washing machines. The space The holiday home, located on a side street close to the village center, offers 7 fixed beds and one auxiliary (couch). A baby cot and a children's chair (for feeding) are also on disposition. The house has 200 m2 on 2 levels. There are two sunny terraces with a view of a green garden with a private swimming pool and a partial sea view from above the terrace. There is an electric grill on the terrace that overlooks the pool. Bed linen and towels included. It has 2 private parking places (1 on-site and 1 in the garage) and bicycle parking. The house is illuminated at night. Waste is recycled. There is an exit to the swimming pool from the terrace (with an outdoor shower). Terrace furniture, chairs, and sponges for sunbathing at the pool are available. Also, Internet (WiFi, free). A dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven are new (Bosch, Miele). Also new mattresses in the bedrooms. Tourists can enjoy playing table football. A small children's corner (table and little chairs) are also available in the garden. Bicycles can be rented in a very close neighborhood (Quad Explorer tour also), The Tennis playground is 500 m from the property, riding stable 4 km. The beach can be reached by foot or by bicycle (1 km distance). The grocery and a bus station are very near the house (200 m). There is a bakery (300 m), an ATM, and a restaurant nearby, popular in the village and surroundings for traditional meat specialties (800 m). Destination Fazana has a few very good fish restaurants. Pebble and rocky beach 1 km, diving school 1 km. We are welcoming tourists since 2015. (earlier as apartment renter, and holiday house renter from 2023. after reconstruction in April for the reception of guests). Guest access All windows are double-glazed with mosquito nets. The house has warm floors (wood) in the rooms, which makes it a pleasant place to stay. In the corner of the living room, there is a box with games for children (puzzles, rackets, cards, etc.). Pool towels are available (in the closet in the main hall of the house). Other things to note Pula Town is 5 km from the accommodation, while Fažana is 3 km from the property. The nearest airport is Pula Airport (15 km). Štinjan is 2 km from the National Park Brijuni. At night, the stars are clearly visible and the air is clean. The object is a family-friendly house (not intended for noisy parties; Youth groups). The position is good for getting to know the life of the locals (residential street) but also a good starting point for exploring the surrounding destinations. Guests often comment that they feel like they are in their own homes because of the many paintings on the walls, books, and many details from everyday life (not only in the rooms but also a welcome drink in the fridge, salt, flour, coffee, oil, laundry detergent, and other little stuff for a good start). The greenery around the house also contributes to this feeling of a pleasant and private atmosphere.
