This lakeside home is the perfect gathering place for your next family outing! With 5 bedrooms it can accommodate up to 14 guests and has everything you need to keep them entertained. The children's rooms are uniquely themed and the basement features a private spa, game room, poker table, movie theater room with an xbox and corn hole bag game for all to enjoy. All just steps away from the swimming pool and boat dock located at the best kept fishing secret in the Ozarks, Lake Taneycomo. The space The home is situated in the lakeside community of Edgewater Beach Resort. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck overlooking the lake and the scenic Ozark Mountains. Just steps away from the resort swimming pool and an easy walk to the dock where you can take in the views or jump in a boat and get lost for the day! Guest access Guests can access the entire home and the resort pool, dock and fish cleaning station. Guests can also use the playground and community firepit (in addition to the private one on the deck of the home). Empire Park is next door and you can walk right off the edge of the resort property and onto the walking trails. You can also use the Frisbee golf course for free. One of my favorite things to watch is the water flowing over Powersite Dam at Empire Park. It's great for a beautiful evening walk. Other things to note Guests have access to the entire resort property including the pool, playground area, boat ramps and dock. Dock slips are available for a small daily fee but the boat ramp is always free for guests to use. Fish cleaning station at the end of Dock B and along with a couple of great benches to sit a enjoy a cup of coffee. You can always bring a pole and fish off the dock. Rental boats are available onsite and can be booked in advance online or after you arrive. Guests staying at Captain's Quarters receive an additional 10% off the daily boat rental rate as our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer.
