You'll be close to everything at this centrally-located home. -2 minute walk to The Village Mall for dinning/shops/groceries -4 minutes on bike to SHARC water park (10 unlimited use passes included) -20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor! -Miles of bike/walking paths out the back door. Relax, visit, watch a movie with family or get outside and enjoy all that Sunriver and Central Oregon has to offer. Then come home, prepare a meal in the well equipped kitchen and gather around the large dining table The space Downstairs: -The kitchen has all new stainless appliances including oven with air fryer and is well equipped. You should have no problem finding what you need to prepare a meal after a fun day. -The dining room has a large table that seats 8 plus 3 more bar stools. -The living room has a large sectional couch where you can relax and visit. It also has a couple of cozy chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching out of the windows for the resident deer to pass by. -Full Bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the main floor with king and California king size beds. -There's a Pack and Play and a highchair stored in the master bedroom closet for you to use. Upstairs: -Enjoy a movie on the 86" 4k tv from the comfy sectional couch. -Behind the couch is a desk incase you have a little work to do. -Full Bathroom and 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one with a California king bed and the other with 2 twin size bunk beds. Outside: Back deck has Adirondack chairs and tables to relax and visit. What's nearby: You will be a short walk or bike ride to many activities including: Shopping, Dining, bike riding, water park, tennis, pickle ball, play ground, horseback riding, Deschutes river, arcade, golf. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. There are a few locked closets, inside and outside, that we ask our guests to kindly respect. 10 SHARC passes included! Other things to note -There is parking out front for 4 cars. Street or off street parking is prohibited in Sunriver. The SHARC aquatic center hours sometimes change due to things like seasonal hours, staffing, and air quality. It is recommended to call ahead to verify their availability.
