Cute cottage+hot tub

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises. The space Colorful and clean described by an appraisal as cute. The bedroom is upstairs and would be described as a comfortable loft. And the bathroom is downstairs. Guest access We share the circled drive way , and parking space.. free parking space for guests .. Other things to note Our electrical outlet for drying hair is in front of a mirror with plenty of light just out side the bathroom. We prefer not to have electricity near water for safety issues. And please no food or drinks while in the hot tub.
