Oaklight Retreat is a cozy cabin nestled in a quiet hardwood forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located in a community on the New River, it offers solitude, nature & river access for tubing or kayaking. This little cabin is a perfect writer's or reader's retreat, romantic getaway, or just escape from the world. It also serves as a great basecamp for day hikers, with gorgeous trails nearby. Come rest, relax, nap in the hammock, sit in the hot tub, & enjoy the peaceful forest. The space Oaklight Retreat is a 400 square foot studio-style cabin located on 2 acres of hardwood forest. It is quiet and largely secluded. Dogs are welcome & they will love it here! There's a partially fenced portion of the yard for dogs who respect fences. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, hot tub, and 2-acre property as well as a community park and river access. Other things to note Please note: there is no microwave.
