VERY IMPORTANT TO READ; The condo is only for 2 adults and 2 minors. Or it can also be 4 adults, no matter the breakdown, just that there are 4, since the 5th and 6th are paid at an additional cost. PLEASE ask me if you don't understand. It is very important to understand the arrival time and more importantly the DEPARTURE TIME OF 10 AM, please, since if you leave late you will delay my entire schedule. I also want to inform you that it is an apartment, NOT a 5-star HOTEL and things have USE. I have had to host people who believe that they arrived at the Four Season Hotel. They are paying me less than 2 thousand pesos per night. It is not worth it. Please, if you want to have everything VIP, my apartment will not be the right place, so look for something else, with all due respect. We have also had problems with some MINI ants in the tower for more than two years. We do not know where they come from, so please take this into account, especially in the kitchen area. Continuing with the reservation issue. Unfortunately we have had problems with reservations, as they put 1 person and 8 family members arrive. The problem is the following: due to the changes in regulations and due to the pandemic, there is a limit of people and when you arrive at the booth if you are not registered, they will NOT let you pass. That is why it is very important to register those who will stay as well as read all the rules and ask me any questions before paying for your reservation to avoid problems.
