The compound may be shared with guests of Tiny House #1 and the Main House, as well as Yosemite Guide Service staff. The property is walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town, and only an easy and quick 30min drive down Highway 120 into the Yosemite Gate at Big Oak Flat. Guests will enjoy self-check in. A gate code and front door smart lock code will be provided before check-in date. Host will be available for communication prior to and throughout your stay. A local cleaning, maintenance, and service team is available should there be any issues at the property that need to be addressed during your stay. Our historic gold rush town of Groveland is about 30 minutes outside the entrance gate of Yosemite. Our home sits on an acre down a forested yet paved road, set upon on a bit of a rise, and just far enough away from the highway and downtown tourist traffic that you feel like you are in a forested oasis. You can easily and safely walk down the road from our house to downtown Groveland in just a few minutes. The house is located on a quiet residential street just off of Highway 120. A personal driving vehicle is required for access to the area as there is no public transportation options nearby. The entire gated and fenced compound consists of the entire Main House, 2 Tiny Homes, private garden area with fire pit, bbq, outdoor seating, and a hot tub.
