The space The property consists of four separate apartments within a single-story building. It features a green front yard and a designated parking area at the rear, accessible from the alley. For peace of mind the outside property is under camera surveillance. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock, and additional keys are available nearby should they be required. If you can hear noise from the adjacent apartment and it's too loud, please inform us. Adjacent to the Airbnb is an Auto Agency; they are considerate neighbors. Please show them respect by not parking in their lot, and ensure your guests do the same. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guest access Guests have access to their Airbnb, the parking spot, and the front yard. Other things to note Directly across the street lies a charming park, home to eight pickleball courts featuring ghost lines, alongside nine tennis courts. Additionally, the park offers a shelter with picnic tables, abundant shade, and a variety of trees. Additionally, please be aware that the city tests the tornado sirens on the first Tuesday of every month.
