The building is on the taxi route The space The house has two rooms and a living room. The entrance of the building is on the upper side of Bostanbaşı Street. The building is between two streets. My apartment overlooks the back street, Çukurcuma Street, which is quieter and wooded, not Bostanbaşı Street. There are two floors below. My apartment is not stylish, but it is clean and functional. Everything in the house works well. There are pots, pans, toasters, etc. in the kitchen, you can cook. The building has a doorman, who collects the trash left in front of the apartment door every night at 9 pm. The rent of the other well-maintained apartments in the building is much higher than the rent I charge. Guest access The apartment is independent, guests can use the entire house, rooms, balcony.
