Newly renovated villa of 103 sqm used as a summer residence. It has amenities such as a dishwasher as well as washing and drying machines. The front has two patios that are accessed from inside with sliding glass doors, one of the patio can also be reached from the outside from the entrance. The back is facing open fields and around the corner is natural reserve. In 10 minutes walk you reach the local beach for salty swimming or crab fishing for the younger ones. If you want to avoid sand between your toes, you go out on the stone pier and take the morning swim! The space The house was built in 1999 with an extension on 2019. There are two newly renovated bathrooms with underfloor heating, large dining room and if it is too hot, it is possible to cool with A/C. In the kitchen there is a dining table with 4 chairs, a halogen stove with oven, counter dishwasher and combined fridge/freezer. In the dining room there is a well-equipped dining table with a total of 8 chairs, large windows that have slatted curtains to reduce transparency and keep out the heat in the summer. The bedrooms have 4 fixed beds, the possibility of a travel cot is available to get a total of 5 sleeping places. Other things to note At the back there is a locked storage room with garden tools, etc. This is not for guests to use. Towels and linen can be chosen for, 17€ per person. Paid on site. Folding cot for about age 1-2 years is available for free. Electric car charger is available in the parking lot, up to 11 kW (3 x 16A). Payment as agreed.
