The space Our cozy apartment offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for both business and leisure stays. The apartment is fully private and features a comfortable king-size bed, a full bathroom, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic cooking essentials. Guest access Before your arrival, we will provide you with the necessary codes for your check-in, as access is fully self-service, giving you greater flexibility during your stay. Other things to note 🌟 Starting January 1, 2026, per official regulations from the Mexico City government, it is mandatory to separate trash into 3 categories. If it is not properly separated, sanitation services will not be able to collect it. Please separate your waste as follows: Organic: food waste, garden waste, etc. Inorganic recyclables: plastic, paper, glass, cardboard, etc. Inorganic non-recyclables: sanitary waste, among others. Thank you for your cooperation! 😊 We understand that unexpected situations may arise and you may not be able to check out exactly on time. We always aim to be flexible; however, each case will be reviewed individually, and an additional charge may apply for late check-outs. Our space is thoughtfully decorated to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Some decorative elements such as cushions, plants, artwork, and other accessories may vary slightly from the photos, as they are occasionally replaced due to maintenance, updates, or replenishment. In certain cases, due to logistics and the timing between check-out and check-in, a decorative item may be temporarily unavailable, as we remove any items that do not meet our quality standards. We truly appreciate your understanding in these situations. This does not affect the functionality or quality of the accommodation, and we always strive to maintain the same style and level of comfort for your stay.
