Beautiful Listed Farmhouse

A beautiful Grade II Listed Farmhouse in the middle of Hambleton, Rutland. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, in the middle of Rutland Water, perfectly located to be able to step out of the front door for a stroll, bike ride, fishing, or a spot of bird watching. We have a modern ensuite double bedroom with traditional and period features and luxury bedding and towels. Access to the WiFi, off road parking, and welcome to stroll the gardens and enjoy the view of Rutland Water. The space Guests will have access to a spacious double bedroom with their own on-suite, finished with luxury bedding and towels. Whilst the bedrooms are decorated to a high standard, we are still finishing the decorating in the downstairs front rooms and corridor, and exterior landscaping to the front, so please do understand that these, whilst clean, are not complete or accessible to guests. Guest access Guests will be able to enter through the front door, which they can have sole use of. The front stair case will take them up to their bedroom which is private from the rear of the house. Guests are welcome to use and enjoy the back garden and enjoy the views of Rutland Water. During your stay Being a busy family home, I shall be around to answer any questions you may have. If not in person, then I shall be on the end of a phone. Other things to note At this point in time, the room is offered room only, not including breakfast. I shall be very happy to provide local recommendations should they be required. I am also happy to bring a tea or coffee up in the morning should it be requested.
