Par Tee Town~House at TPC CO

Located in Berthoud, in the Heron Lakes Community at the TPC Colorado golf course. Relax and enjoy our newly built townhome while staying in the community for work, an event or vacation. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is tastefully appointed for the business traveler, mountain lover, golf enthusiast or family. Dogs are welcome. The space Walk through the gate onto the patio and into the welcoming courtyard with seating and a fire pit as you approach the front door. Enter into the open concept living space with hardwood floors, a cozy couch and loveseat, half bath and fireplace. The amazing kitchen is stocked and ready for you to create the perfect meal. Barstools cozy up to the large granite island. The dining table looks out the slider doors which open to a covered porch with north westerly views of the mountains completing an indoor/outdoor experience. Lounge in comfy chairs or BBQ on the 36” Blackstone while enjoying the scenery. There is also an office space on the main floor with a desk for you to enjoy the mountain views if work becomes necessary. The 75” smart TV is visible from everywhere in the kitchen and living space. There’s ample storage in the mudroom entry from the 2 car garage. The upstairs master bedroom suite has a king sized bed with a premium mattress and bamboo bedding, an electric fireplace and a 65” smart TV. The master bath is 5 piece with a walk in shower, soaking tub and separate water closet. Enjoy the mountain views from the bath, bed or private master balcony. The master closet has enough room for dressing and a bench is provided for comfort. There are 2 more upstairs bedrooms appointed with quality mattresses and bamboo linens. One King room with a Juliet balcony and a queen room share a 3 piece bath with a tub and plenty of plush towels. Laundry is on the upper level with soap and dryer sheets provided. The basement has another queen room which can be a dedicated suite with a walk in shower and a generous walk in closet. The basement living space has a comfy couch & loveseat and the 75” smart TV is visible from every part of the space. Enjoy a workout on the elliptical or an air hockey tournament! A pack and play and baby jumper are available in the unit. Internet is provided with premium streaming speeds from Xfinity. Smart TVs are ready for your streaming account! Guest access You will have complete access to Par Tee Town~house at TPC. Each bedroom is perfected to give you the privacy needed from your group while offering a large community space to enjoy gathering. A pickle ball court and putting green is located just out the front door. The golf scene: Play a round of golf on one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the country. TPC CO was ranked top 100 by Golf Digest in 21-22! Visit the pro shop and see if the fitter for your preferred brand is in town. If you are a TPC Passport holder, you may play TPC CO with prime member scheduling and no green fees, only cart fees, as part of your yearly package. TPC plays host to the Korn Ferry Colorado tour stop scheduled for July 10-16 in 2023. The TPC CO stop was voted the top Korn Ferry Tournament in both 2021 and 2022. This is in part due to the wonderful volunteers and hosts who care for the players and Korn Ferry staff during their stay! Other things to note Please note there are security cameras by the garage/driveway, front door and main floor back porch. Cleaning products used generally are non toxic and utilize refillable containers. The towels & bedding come from companies that are committed to responsible forestry, tested for harmful substances and are made in safer workplaces with reduced environmental impacts. Things to do near by: The TPC Clubhouse is home to the Golf Pro Shop, the Cafe as well as the 773 Prime and Center Stage restaurants. The covered patio at the clubhouse overlooks the 16th hole and 17th green, 3 reservoirs and has amazing mountain views. TPC is known for hosting weddings, meetings and other large or small scale events at their world class venue. A Starbucks is located a short walk east of the home. Enjoy over 8 miles of wonderful trail system for walking through the master planned Heron Lakes community just outside the front door or watch a professional golf tournament at the TPC Colorado Golf Course, the only PGA TOUR managed course in Colorado.  The townhouse is located seconds from 287 and has quick access to I25 and Highway 34. The quaint town of Berthoud boasts several restaurants, 2 breweries and main street is known for having food trucks almost every night of the week. Berthoud is a quick 5 minute drive from the townhouse~just park downtown and all amenities are within walking distance. Salons are available for hair and nails (schedule ahead!) as well as small shops for picking out that perfect gift with local flair. Downtown Loveland, a quick 15 minutes north, boasts it’s own version of quaint with a sculpture park, The Rialto Theater Center and all the food selections of a big city. Fort Collins, less than 30 minutes north, is home to Colorado State University and the famed ‘Old Town’ with blocks for walking only, shops and restaurants which have been FC staples for many years. Visit the Aggie Theatre, the Museum of Art or the Museum of Discovery. Odell Brewery, New Belgium Brewery and even the famed Budweiser brewery offer tours and samplings. Call ahead to see if the Clydesdales are in town! Boulder is 40 minutes away and home to the University of Colorado and the famous cobblestone pedestrian only Pearl Street with many restaurants, bars and shops. Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a 45 minute drive with beautiful scenery through the canyon and breathtaking mountain and lake views once you reach town. Estes Park is home to the famed Stanley Hotel where you can dine and even schedule a ghost tour! The downtown area is park and walk to many restaurants and local artisan shops. TPC is also 75 minutes to Cheyenne, 60 minutes to Denver/DIA and 2 hours to some of the best skiing in the country.
