The jacuzzi is accessible at any time; the bubbles must simply be stopped from 8 p.m., out of respect for the neighborhood. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the House Rules, we reserve the possibility to immediately terminate the rental lease and operate the bank deposit in case of overrun or damage. Thanks for your understanding. Guest access When you stay with us, you'll have access to all the different parts of the accommodation. Other things to note We will be happy to accompany you throughout your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Catalonia. Check-in: Check-in will be by appointment between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out: Between 8am and 11am. We do our best to give you a quality welcome. You'll be asked to be as specific as possible about your arrival times and to notify your host if you're running late. Penalties could be applied from 30 minutes late. Any check-in after 8:00 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid in cash upon check-in, by the rental platform or debited from your security deposit. After 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to check in. Your night will not be refunded if applicable. A valid ID must always be presented when you check in. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival. If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, an additional €100/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit. Please note that a €1200 security deposit request will be emailed to you via TYLLT following the confirmation of your reservation. This remains a bank card imprint and in no way is this amount charged to your bank account. Also, this does not affect your credit card limit. The bank imprint for the deposit is automatically removed 14 days after checkout.
