Guest access Our apartment is on the second floor of the building, please note that we have house trained small and friendly cat to patrol this floor sometimes. Parking: To help make your stay at 7th Ave in San Francisco as comfortable as possible, we would like to provide you with information about the parking situation in the area. 1. Ample street parking is available, but various rules apply. 2. Metered parking is free from 6 pm to 9 am on Monday to Saturday, and all day on Sundays. 3. Street parking is free but has a two-hour limit. 4. Paid parking is available next door for $20 for 12 hours. 5. Street cleaning occurs on the First and Third Tuesdays of each week for the even side of the street and on the First and Third Thursdays for the odd side of the street from 7 am to 9 am. During this time, parking is not allowed. 6. From Monday to Saturday, a two-hour residential parking limit applies for non-metered spaces. 7. Residential parking permit. We can help guests to apply residential parking permit when guest stay three months or longer. Guests will pay for.$95 permit fee per month to City.
