Pool hours are from 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and no one is allowed in the pool area prior to or after these hours. The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is a grilling and picnic area as well. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Elevators are not available. My family lives nearby, and helps manage the property. The condo is located on the beautiful Oyster Bay golf course.
