This beautiful newly renovated and spacious (117m2) apartment with a terrace and sauna is located in a highly valued Eira just a few hundred meters away from the shoreline and a lovely beach. The location in central Eira is perfect for shorter or longer visits with being quiet but having many good restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores nearby. There is also easy and fast access to the main city center from the apartment with the closest tram stop being 200 meters away. The space This stylish and cozy apartment fulfils almost any expectations. It has 2 bedrooms a big open kitchen and living room, 2 toilets and also one bigger TERRACE, one smaller balcony and a SAUNA to enjoy! The sea can be even seen from the terrace. The first bedroom has 160cm wide bed and a big dressing room and the second one 120cm wide bed and 140 wide sofa bed with access to a smaller balcony. The building is also pretty new and the apartment has been kept in a good condition and is partly renovated. The apartment has a cooling system to keep it cool during the summertime. Guest access The apartment is fully yours to enjoy during your stay, but it is also partly in private use but the private stuff is mainly taken away or in private cages during your stay. Other things to note Please note that the parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and will lead to eviction and minimum of 500€ penalty fee. Smoking also strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
