Our large (62sq mt) apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. It includes a fully fitted European kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower plus a King size bed. Water & Elec included. It has its own high speed wifi, Smart TV & table with 4 chairs making it ideal for holiday stays & digital nomads. The complex has 2 swimming pools, gym, sauna, basketball & tennis court. Cross the road & you're on the beach. Bars, restaurants, beach clubs & Massage Spas are all in walking distance. The space The open planned apartment has a lovely modern feel to it; the fully fitted kitchen has microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a large fridge with freezer. The cupboards contain crockery, utensils and items you may find beneficial to use during your stay. The good sized bathroom, complete with corner bath and separate walk in shower is bright and airy. The apartment has dedicated high speed wifi and a Smart TV making it ideal for holiday stays and digital nomads. The king size bed has a new (Jan 2024) mattress topper with a selection of pillows and there is a hairdryer for your convenience. The room has a large double wardrobe with a mirrored front, drawers and safe inside. 2 air conditioning units cool the apartment quickly and easily or just open the balcony doors and use the floor standing fan for a natural breeze. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools surrounded by sunbeds, a gym, sauna, basketball and a tennis courts. Cross the road and you are on the beach. Next door (walking distance) is Angel Plaza, a vibrant hub of diverse culinary delights and nightlife options to suit every taste. In the other direction, 7 minute walk are Le Shelby and The Deck - 2 beautifully designed beach clubs with pools & restaurants. The main road makes it convenient to flag a taxi or Songthaew for Fisherman's Village, Bangrak, Chongmon or Chaweng. Meaning its not essential to hire a motorbike. However we have a bike available to hire usually at short notice. We take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment and we hope it shows. We are available for questions, issues or recommendations and the guide book inside the apartment suggests local tours, supermarkets and places of interests. Guest access We will personally meet you at the reception of Replay, take you to the apartment and hand over the keys. We will give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. If you have a bike or car you will be able to drive to the building entrance. FREE Parking Other things to note We can arrange a dedicated taxi to/ from the airport for 350bht. Bike Hire is 250bht per day and includes 2 helmets FREE: We provide complimentary soap/ shampoo/ toiletries. FREE: Bed linen and towel change for those staying longer than 1 week We DO NOT charge extra for water or electricity but we do kindly ask that the lights & air conditioning are turned off when you're not in the apartment or have the doors open.
