You will also have a dining area with table and chairs. ↣ A work area with desk, chair and monitor as well as fast WIFI allowing you to work comfortably. ↣ A modern bathroom including a large shower. ↣ Laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit *Unit 2 / The Bouleau* ↣ Two spacious bedrooms with queen and king beds. ↣ A cozy and warm living room including a comfortable couch that turns into a bed if needed, a connected TV. ↣ A fully furnished and equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the kitchen necessities to prepare wonderful meals with your family. THE TWO UNITS ARE NOT CONNECTED Guest access ↣ When you book at The Caiman, you'll have access to the building's common areas including a rooftop deck with pool, BBQ and dining area. ↣ When you book with us, you'll receive a Guest Handbook with all the important information you need to know about the unit, plus addresses of relevant activities and stores nearby! Other things to note *TV* We have a smart TV that includes the Roku system that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts. *PARKING SPACE* You have access to 2 indoor parking spaces just a 3-minute walk from the residence. You can enter and exit at your convenience using the provided badge If you are traveling with an electric car, a parking lot with Level 2 charging stations is a 2-minute walk away. Access will be at your own expense. *TERRACE* Discover our rooftop terrace with BBQs accessible year-round. Outdoor furniture is not available in the colder months, just the BBQs and the breathtaking scenery! *ROOF POOL* The building does have a heated swimming on the roof that our guests have access to during their stay. - The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to early/mid-June. These dates may vary a little depending on the year's weather. - The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site.
