Located in a well-established neighborhood and close to center city Philadelphia (25 min), Parx Casino (7 min), Sesame Place (15 min), and other top Bucks County attractions like New Hope, Washington Crossing, Peddler's Village at Lahaska, Fonthill Castle, etc. all within a 30 min drive. The space Lady Cora Room is located on the 2nd floor and has a four-poster queen bed, 50" smart TV, sitting area, and makeup vanity with integrated LED mirror. En-suite bathroom boasts modern amenities while retaining rustic charm: double vanity, a luxe walk-in shower and a free-standing soaking tub. The WC is literally tucked into a former closet under the preserved pie staircase (staircase has been converted to decorative shelving). Access to shared farmhouse kitchen with an original 1830s walk-in fireplace. Please note the stairs to the 2nd floor have a rug runner and handrail but are quite steep (formerly servants' stairs - see photo in the listing); proceed with caution. Guest access Guests staying in Lady Cora room (2nd floor) will enjoy a complete privacy in the room and will have shared access to common area such as farmhouse kitchen below (1st floor). Enter through the farmhouse porch entrance (red door with a rooster door knocker), keypad code access. During your stay Available for questions any time before and during your stay! Other things to note There may be other guests staying the house. All other guests will have their own private quarters and shared access to common areas. The whole house may be available to larger groups of up to 18 guests the same way you would use a hotel room block. Only registered guests are allowed on property. Absolutely no house parties and no after-parties.
