Our weekend house is too often empty, so guests are now allowed to go there. It is very simple, open living, dining and kitchen space on the first floor. Bathroom and bedroom in the basement. Not barrier-free. Quiet residential area on the hilly edge of the forest. Ideal for vacations or home office directly at the nature reserve. Grill, fire pit, garden loungers, patio table & chairs available. Parking on site possible. Nearest shopping (Netto, Aldi) 600 m walk through forest. Public bathing area nearby. The space Open and friendly, no doors, kitchen, living room and dining area are connected, the fireplace is not usable in the summer months, but there is a fire pit outside Guest access For the guests, the ground floor and the basement are available. The level under the roof is private. The owners are not there when rented. Other things to note There is only one access road by car to the house. The settlement is located on a hill and the gravel paths are not illuminated at night. In the house there are two dehumidifiers to keep the room climate optimal. They are welcome to run during the day, but they can be turned off at night. I will gladly provide more information if needed. Guests in the spa town of Mölln are subject to a spa tax. In the low season Nov-March 1.50 euros/day/person and in the high season 3 euros/day/person. Payment on site or by arrangement.
