The main living space is bright and airy, with comfortable seating, a modern kitchen, and a breezy dining area perfect for relaxed meals with family and friends. Each of the five bedrooms is uniquely styled with coastal charm. Four king suites offer private en-suite bathrooms and serene ocean or garden views, while the fifth bedroom can be arranged as a king or two twins, making it ideal for children or extra guests. The primary suite features a private poolside terrace, walk-in closet, and an outdoor shower finished in Italian mosaic tile—perfect for rinsing off after a dip in the sea. The elevated pool deck overlooks calm, crystal-clear waters and offers a front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking sunsets in Turks and Caicos. Notes: • Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear. • Turtle Beach is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
