The space La Datcha is located in a quiet part of Jurmala, on the sea side, 450m from the beach, 550m from the nearest mini-market and 700m from the Asari railway station. The house has an area of 94m2 and consists of: - Large entrance hall on the 1st floor; - Studio space with a sofa, dining table and kitchen area on the 2nd floor; - Spacious terrace with beautiful views of the garden; - Two bedrooms with double and single beds; - A toilet room with heated floors, a closed shower and a washing machine. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The house is connected to city water. In Jurmala the water is of good quality - there is no need to buy bottled water. The house has an air conditioning and heating system via a heat pump. Therefore, you are absolutely independent of the changeable Baltic weather and can control the indoor microclimate yourself. In addition, the house is fully powered by solar panels, making it an environmentally friendly home. Guest access The entire second floor of the house is at your disposal, including a spacious terrace. You will have a separate entrance through a large hallway on the ground floor, where you can store your luggage and hang your belongings in the closet. You can also relax in the courtyard of the house (600m2). Barbecue, swings and closed parking are at your disposal. The price includes good coffee beans, ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt, vegetable and olive oil. Towels are changed every three days, bed linen every week. Bathroom and toiletries are also included in the price. The house has high-speed free wifi. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability (additional fee applies). Other things to note Please observe silence from 22:00 to 07:00. It is prohibited to disturb the peace of surrounding houses by loud or inappropriate behavior on the territory or indoors. Parties are not permitted. Guests are solely responsible for their own actions and the actions of their guests. Smoking is prohibited and all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Violation of this rule will result in termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction from the apartment without a refund. Smoking in the house will result in a fine of EUR 300.00. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated. Luggage storage is provided free of charge. The rental price includes free internet (Wi-Fi) and cleaning upon departure.
