The living room, the heart of the house, is filled with natural light and features cozy sofas and a large dining table for up to 8 guests — ideal for shared dinners, good wine, and warm conversations after a day in town. From the living room, step out onto a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, a perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of Chianti. The master bathroom offers a touch of luxury with a jacuzzi tub, ideal for relaxing after exploring Florence. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and enjoy meals just like a local. On the lower level, you’ll find a laundry area, a storage and fitness zone, and a small room with a service bathroom — practical and comfortable for longer stays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, spread over two levels on the second floor (no elevator). All areas — living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, laundry area, fitness corner, and small service room — are for guest use only. The entrance is private, and the home will be carefully prepared by our team before your arrival. During your stay, we’ll be happy to assist you with anything you might need and share our best local tips to help you enjoy Florence to the fullest Other things to note This is a self-catering apartment. A small welcome courtesy set is provided for your arrival, but for the rest of your stay you’ll need to purchase any additional essentials.
