Mainbedroom - Queen Bed Front bedroom - Queen Bed Middle Room - 2 Single Beds or King Bed Downstairs Bedroom - Queen Bed and 1-2 Single Beds. Bar/Rumpus Room. Wheelchair access - (internal lift - access by request only) - Wet-facility. Internal Garage. Linen and towels are provided. Guest access The whole property is available to guests- however we ask that only rooms and attached bathrooms discussed as part of your booking are used. Use of additional rooms and/or attached bathrooms (ensuites) not discussed will incur additional cleaning fees. Please note there are two rooms for personal storage room that are unaccessible. Other things to note There is no laundry facilities - Laundry (via Laundry mat ) is available in town. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be requiring vehicle charging (electric cars, hybrids or camper-van) or bringing an oversized vehicle (camper-van, boat or caravan etc.). Charging vehicles at the property will incur a $10 per day additional fee. Cameras installed facing driveway and beach access for safety.
