The home is located on a beautifully wooded lot, so you may see local wildlife such as deer, along with insects common to the area. The unit is professionally treated with regular pest control, so indoor encounters are rare—but as with most homes in Georgia, we can’t guarantee that an occasional bug won’t find its way inside. To help keep the space pest-free, we recommend not leaving food out overnight, as ants in this region can be persistent. 😃
