The space Accommodations are set up for one guest maximum; children and spouses are included in that maximum, no overnight guests allowed. Guest access Everywhere except master and access to community amenities including 2 additional pools one of which is lap pool, clubhouse, gym, fishing, basketball, more. During your stay I live on premises. I pretty much keep to myself and stay out of your way Other things to note House is in a gated community, you will be provided the call box code. I welcome travel nurses, medical or business professionals on assignment. You are responsible for your own USPS mail, no USPS mail forwarding to my home. *** new notes****The blinds in your room are missing a couple of slats on the bottom right, and one wand is missing, but the wand is easily switched out to open or shut the blinds or you can easily use your fingers to move the blinds open or shut. Just ask if you don’t understand what I mean by the wand or using fingers. There are thick, no see-through curtains that can be pulled shut if you want over the blinds, there are also high bushes so it is impossible that those missing slats would be a problem as far as privacy. There are no street lights in this community, the house is located in the country, not the city, so lights are not an issue here at night. Any light coming through the blinds or missing slats considering the high bushes in front of the missing slats with the curtains over the blinds should not be a problem with any light coming into the room at night or anytime. I had a guest who complained to Airbnb about my ‘broken blinds’ after check-out, with no communication to me that they bothered him, so thought I’d put on here the simple things to do regarding the blinds that seem obvious to me, but here for your reading pleasure anyway, to read before check-in. The washer spin cycle likes to stop before it’s completely finished spinning sometimes, there is a routine I have found to prevent this, lol. But, if you do not listen to what I am saying about the washing machine after check-in, or reading here before check-in, that’s fine, it is your right to not listen or read since I do tend to ramble on, lol, but please don’t complain to Airbnb about the blinds or the washer being ‘broken’ AFTER you check-out, neither are broken, but both require explanation and communication if, after explanation, you do not communicate with me what might still be bothering you about them or anything else, it would be unfair to complain afterwards if you do not communicate. The washing machine and the blinds are not broken, they both work perfectly fine, so please read this before check-in instead of complaining after check-out and not communicating with your host about any of it. I had a guest complain about the bathroom sink drain but not to me first, nothing was said to me about the drain but only complained after check-out of course, so I am putting a note about the drain on here to read before check-in to help prevent complaints after the fact. Please note that drain is a pull-out drain that has a little catch -all that needs to be periodically cleaned by you, otherwise it might be slow. It is a push-in, pull-out drain that to close it or open it, then it pulls out into 2 separate things to clean, then you simply re-insert it. Do not ask me if the kitchen is available for cooking meals, that is not necessary to ask and really makes no sense. Thank you!
