Need to write a book or a thesis? With us you can shut yourself in and work or walk in the woods and rocks, just think or meditate, or roast sausages overlooking the Luž mountain ;-) The apartment is an ideal place for quiet moments for individuals or romantic moments for couples, but even small children are very welcome with us. Walks to the local rocks will be taken as a fight :-) There is enough to do in the area for the whole week. The heat from the fireplace and underfloor heating will make your stay cozy ;-) The space In the apartment you will find not only a large QLed TV with Netflix, Voyo+, but also an office corner for home office and high-quality Starlink internet with speeds of up to 100Mb. You will also enjoy comfortable mattresses in a large bed and two comfortable folding chairs for children. In our kitchen you can cook as comfortably as in your own, you will not miss a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave or oven. In the bathroom, you will appreciate the large walk-in shower, double sink, bidet faucet at the toilet and you may be a little surprised by the TV in the bathroom :-) You can even listen to music or anything else while showering :-) Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the apartment, completely independent of the other two entrances to the house. In front of the entrance there is an extended roof, or pergola, under which you can sit comfortably, grill, have a glass of wine or morning coffee, or just smoke. You can sit on the terrace even on colder days, our blankets or outdoor heater will warm you up. No smoking in the apartment. Other things to note For drivers, we offer a large parking lot right next to the house, which is available incl. all accessories. You can wash your car in the parking lot for free because there is a water supply from the well :-) You can also vacuum your car for free because there is a central vacuum cleaner :-) For a fee, electric car drivers can conveniently charge their cars overnight from our Wallbox :-) We also offer 2 electric bikes for rent. There is a swing in the garden for small children. In autumn, it is an ideal place to collect mushrooms, in summer to collect blueberries, and in the garden right in front of the apartment, your children can pick raspberries or cherries. In winter, you can ski on the nearby small slopes in our country and just beyond the border - Jiřetín pod Jedlovou, Polevsko, Waltersdorf, etc. and for experienced skiers, the closest ski resort is Ještěd. For longer stays, it is possible to offer the possibility of using a washing machine and dryer, which are in the common areas. We have a new whirlpool for you with a view of the highest mountain of the Lusatian Mountains LUŽ, which is in operation from April to October, depending on the weather, for a fee in cash at least the day before its use, so that it can be heated.
