The Ryewood Getaway (Jacuzzi is new/operational)

Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment in Duluth, Georgia! Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled stay! Also, please know that we understand that noise maybe a constant frustration to guest, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October. The space The bedroom is spacious with an ultra-comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom includes a small walk-in closet, plenty of storage, single cot, and a reading nook. Bathroom has a shower and tub combination and the amenities needed to get that fresh start or sooth the day away. These include: sample toiletries, clean towels, a cloth drying line and a bidet. Living room-kitchen area has plenty of sitting space including a two persons dinner table, work nook, bar table and stools and upholstered chairs for some light hosting. So, turn-on the TV and watch your favorite streaming show while you cook or do your laundry. The kitchen is packed with features such as dish washer, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, airfryer, toaster, and tea kettle, as well as all essential kitchen wear. If you are booking an extended stay, no worries, this space has plenty of cabinets and a washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. This stylish retreat features a backyard oasis with adult amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and gazebos. These are amenities you can request access to. Please remember that these are also used and available to the home owners and their guests, yet we try to give you your space. We ask you limit yard activities to blocks of 2 hours or less. If you want to have an event or want more exclusive use of these, please book it on Peer-space. We will block the apartment for you for the specified time as part of that reservation. Look for the Ryewood Backyard Retreat. Guest access This mother-in-law suite will be your apartment away from home. The unit is at the main dwelling’s lower level, so expect reasonable noise coming from the home. You will enjoy your own entrance, outside cameras and lights for safety and safety locks for all doors to the home. A custom deck welcomes you to your apartment and faces a city oasis which includes: jacuzzi, cover living room, pool, tanning chairs, sitting nooks and a two persons table setup perfect for some tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine under the garland lights. Upon request you can access spa and pool, there is no lifeguard on duty so use these amenities at your own risk. Additionally, please remember that swimming or using the spa alone has a potential risk to your health, therefore no single person access is available. The backyard is available for the home, as well as you and your guest, there is no expectation of privacy once in the backyard. That being said, we have added privacy panels to separate the yards from the subdivision view. Other things to note You can access apartment from left gate. A short walk will get you to an outside dining room and apartment will be on your right. Use door code provided and created just for you. A third stay-in guest is allowed but remember that we have a queen size bed. If a third person is staying we ask that you request access to cot and twin mattress.
