Fully Licensed with The Town of Mammoth Lakes - Permit #TOML-CPAN-15493 Guest access You will have the whole condo to yourself. Other things to note Only one parking pass available. Paid parking for additional vehicles is available at Mammoth RV Park, Mammoth Airport, or across the street from the Village. No parking allowed on the street in the Town of Mammoth lakes during winter. Guests must return key cards and parking pass upon departure. Replacement cost for keys is $25 and for parking pass it is $100. Guest will be asked to pay these costs if the forget to return these items. If you plan to use the pool or hot tub, please bring your own pool/beach towels. We provide towels for use inside the condo, but the unit is not stocked with pool towels. Internet/Cable outages are rare, but we are located in a remote mountainous community, so they do happen. Please bring other entertainment options just in case. We can not offer refunds due to weather. Please monitor the conditions in our area and cancel more than 5 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. Please be prepared for extreme weather.
