Recently renovated one bedroom apartment in Spartanburg. Its peaceful and a centrally-located place. Quick drive to greenville and multiple things in Spartanburg are a few minutes away. Enjoy a latte in the apartment as you start your day. The couch is a comfortable sleeper sofa, if you need more space. Separate air units for bedroom and the apartment to adjust the temperature to your preference. Plenty of natural lighting to enjoy the beautiful weather here. Separate apartment in the back yard that is detached from the main house. Private entrance through the gate. Full one bed (queen) one bath apartment. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Please let us know if you will be using the sleeper sofa. That way we can leave extra linens for it or we can set it up for you. Basics are stocked in the bathroom in case you forget anything. The kitchen has all you need to make yourself a simple meal or a cozy cup of coffee/tea. Families with little ones are welcome! Quiet centrally located neighborhood in Spartanburg. Everything you need is within 5 minutes of the apartment. Costco. Walmart. The mall. Starbucks. Target. Multiple restaurants as well. Spartanburg Downtown is a quick drive down the road. It is an older neighborhood and most of the homes are also older. We are the youngest family on the street with little ones. Not all the neighbors are tidy with their yards, but they are friendly and peaceful. We love our area and hope you’ll enjoy it as well. You have easy access to the interstate as well if you plan to travel to different cities near by like Greenville or Greer. Parking on the driveway in front of the main house. We ask for a 24 hour notice before booking but on weekdays it is often available on short notice for travelers. You may send a request and I will make every effort to reply quickly!
