There is abundance of night life, shops and restaurants at the Mercato and Waterside shops. The house is also a short drive to historic Olde Naples. The space The house is tastefully decorated to take advantage of a spacious open floor plan. It has cathedral ceilings, intricate architectural details, granite kitchen counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout the living and dining areas, new private enclosed pool with waterfall, outdoor shower, TVs in living room and all bedrooms. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the entire house, lanai and garage. They will not share the house with anyone. Other things to note Crib, playpen, high chair, sand toys are provided free of charge. Please check with me if you are bringing a dog. Well behaved dogs will be considered with a $250 pet fee.
