Le Petite Maison is set in a tiny hamlet of 4 houses with views of vineyards & beautiful French countryside, for walking and cycling around. Perfect for a couples getaway or single persons retreat also for families of 4 maximum. Within 1 hour to Bordeaux &La Rochelle, 40min Cognac, Royan, Saintes. Mainline train station 1km away. The space At "Le petit maison", the lower floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/dining room, featuring a beautiful original open fire place. There is also a utility space on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom, with a king size bed. The lounge has a sofa bed, with a work space and Wifi. There is also a shower room on the upper floor. Outside there is a well presented private, gravel garden. Perfect for alfresco dining or take your work outside, where you can access Wifi whilst enjoying all day sun. Guest access On your arrival, the hosts; Caroline or Chris will welcome you and help you get settled in. Other things to note The Little House is on the same grounds as our family home but you are completely detached with your own private entrance and drive way. Within our family, we have 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 very friendly cats. Our Dogs do not have access to your garden they are behind a fence. If you want to meet them, just ask me.
