Hello! Welcome to a relaxing lower level studio, in the peaceful neighborhood of Arvada. Walk to the local park or take a short drive to Olde Town to explore lively shops, restaurants & breweries. The private studio has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a comfortable & accommodating stay. The four large windows bring in natural light & fresh air to add to the tranquility of the space. Whether you’re looking to stay a weekend, a month, or somewhere in between, we would love to host you! The space • Living area with sectional couch and Roku TV • Kitchenette with sink, full sized ref/freezer, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer combo, coffee bar, water filter, dishes and utensils. • Dining area with a table and two chairs. • Workspace with a desk, chair and wifi. • Sleeping area with comfy queen bed, fresh linens and nightstands. • Bathroom with tub, toilet, vanity, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer & towels. Guest access The studio is a completely private space. Access to the studio is through our garage, which is the only shared space that our paths could potentially cross. There are stairs down to the unit. Other things to note We live on the upper level with our friendly dog. We make every effort to keep our noise to a minimum but please understand that you will hear footsteps and occasional barks during your stay.
