Get connected with nature as you wake up to beautiful views of a miniature lake in your backyard. You are 7-15 minutes away from the Regency Furniture Baseball stadium, Chick fila, St Charles Towne Center Mall, Navy Federal, Starbucks, barbershop, Shah Medical centers, and park n' ride. There are also a few walking trails in the neighborhood for you to get a workout during your stay. The space 1839 square feet 3 level townhome located in Waldorf, Maryland. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a bonus 5th room/area located on the lower level. This house is located in a beautiful nature-themed townhome community. There is a beautiful lake that runs throughout this community. The lake is just steps away in the back of the townhouse right outside of the private fenced-in backyard. The third level of the upper part of the townhome consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom that will be shared between these rooms. Bedroom#2 has a full-sized bed, closet, TV, sitting chair work/desk, dresser, and Seiling fan. Bedroom#3 has a twin-sized bed, work desk, TV/stand, closet, portable fan, and window with a lake view. Bedroom#4 also has a twin-sized bed, portable fan, window with a lake view, and closet. There is a full bathroom on this level with a shower head and tub option. All rooms have secure smart keyless entry. The second level of this townhome consists of the kitchen, living/dining room, half bathroom, and a small screen-in balcony that also overlooks the lake in the back of the house. Please note, that you cannot stand on this type of balcony. The kitchen has a 4-seating table and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The living/dining room area has a banquet table which is where the quest book is located on top of. This area also has a three-seater sofa and 2 seated love seats, a nice huge faux fur rug, and a mounted 70-inch screen smart TV. The first-floor lower level consists of bedroom #1, full bathroom, living room/sitting area, and bedroom#5. This area has, a sliding backdoor that leads to the private fenced-in backyard, patio area, and shared laundry room area. Bedroom #4 has a full-sized bed with a dresser, closet, TV, and sitting chair. The bathroom has just a stand-up shower option. The living/sitting room area has two 2-seating two seats, a sleepout ottoman, and a mounted connect game. The fifth bonus room has an air mattress a sitting chair and a window overlooking the back patio. There is an extra air mattress, sleepout ottoman, and extra bedding available. The patio for the backyard has a table with 2 chairs for you to relax in and get some fresh air. Guest access All common areas within the house like the kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom on 3rd floor, living/dining room area, laundry room, backyard/patio. Guest staying in rooms on the third floor for private room stays only will have secured private access to each of their rooms individually. Guest staying on the 1st floor lower level will have access to all common areas within the house as well, along with their own private secure access to the full bathroom on the lower level and extra bonus room option. This again only applies to private room stays. Other things to note There is an alternate route you can take to get to this property via 228 if you are coming via Route 5 South that might be a better option during rush hour times like 5pm or 3pm. Route 5 can be congested at times. Also, you can enter the community two ways, but either way the community is a big circle, so you won't have to worry about getting lost.
