Located in the heights of Kings Beach, this home is conveniently situated just a few miles from the sandy shores of Lake Tahoe, Northstar ski resort, Diamond Peak, and we have endless trail access nearly right out the back door. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a large, sunny deck, laundry access, high speed internet, a ping pong table, 4K, smart TVs, and more! We have a baby gate and pack and play available, too. We have a fully stocked kitchen to make your stay at Trent Lane feel just like home. Other things to note A 10% local tax is included under "resort fee". This is done by the county, and it is required of all homes in Placer County.
