The space This small house is located in a former 18th-century rectory. Its calm and charm make it a place of rejuvenating well-being. Near Brocéliande, it is at the center of many activities and sites: forest, body of water, greenway and hiking trails, megalith site, charming towns, golf course, cinema, museums, etc. *** Quiet weekend or vacation, close to the legendary Brocéliande forest *** We offer for seasonal rental our cottage "Chez Forest", a charming little house in Evriguet, a municipality in Morbihan, in the village's former presbytery, dating from the 18th century. House description: The house is adjacent to ours; the entrance is independent, and we only share the outdoor spaces: a flower-filled garden and a 1500 m2 vegetable garden and orchard area. You enter the main room directly through the flowery garden. The living room/lounge has a bed for one to two people (very comfortable extendable sofa bed, new bedding), and overlooks a kitchen area. You go upstairs via a staircase and an improved step ladder that opens onto a lovely mezzanine bedroom (a king size bed and a single bed) with a bathroom and toilet. The accommodation is equipped with essentials. We also provide towels and bed linens for each guest. All you have to do is come with your bags. The house is a true haven of peace, the interior is pleasantly furnished, and the exterior offers a garden that invites you to relax. It is located in the center of everything, if you want to be active. Things to see, to do: We are close to Brocéliande and its legendary and mystical places: La Fontaine de Barenton, Le Val sans Retour, l'Arbre d'Or, the Table ronde in Néant-sur-Yvel, Château de Comper, Paimpont, etc. You can enjoy the ponds and other sites in the surrounding area: the Lac aux Ducs, the Etang de Château Trô, Trémelin, Bétineuc, the Domaine de Kerguehennec, the Château de Josselin, the Musée du Poète Ferrailleur, the megaliths of Monteneuf, as well as the charming towns: Josselin, Malestroit, Rochefort-en-Terre, the Festival photo and Yves Rocher in La Gacilly, the Parc de la Préhistoire in Malansac, the Jardin Tropical in Saint-Jacut-Les-Pins, the Parc animalier de Branféré, the Kingoland amusement park in Plumelin, etc. The Voie Verte and the hiking trails are also very close. The interior of the cottage is non-smoking (cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) but it is possible to smoke or vape outside, there is a shelter if necessary in rainy weather.
