The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in a quiet subdivision away from the village and near the forest (ideal for jogging, walking or cycling) Shops and supermarket 5 minutes. Hypermarkets are 20 minutes away. 12 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Andernos les Bains (town of the Arcachon basin) or 45 minutes from Arcachon, 25 minutes from the beach of the great Crohot and 1 hour from the Médoc vineyards or Lacanau!
