Through the large windows running almost the entire length of the house, watch the ever-changing view over the forested mountains of Alegria and enjoy colorful sunsets from the comfort of the couch. "Casa Roca" is a perfect place to relax in a quiet and tranquil environment very connected to nature and to the outdoors with no neighbors nearby. There are some lots not that close on construction during the day. Casa Roca has fast speed fiber optic internet with an unlimited data plan perfect for working remotely. Enjoy bird watching in the community and on the surrounding trees. As we do not use any chemicals, it has become a safe haven to all forms of life. You will have a great time exploring and seeing various plants, fruit trees (mango, tangerine, lemons, sweet lemons, grapefruit, bananas, plantains and other exotic species) and animals (including parrots, toucans, and monkeys and a myriad of insects, butterflies, moths, etc.). The house is suitable for a couple. Another guest can join the second bedroom, for a short stay, since the bedroom has a sofa bed (not a regular bed). You can enjoy the entire house, and the 170 acres, trails and forest of the community. There is a private gated entrance up to get into Casa Roca. PLEASE NOTE that the driveway is steep next to the house. Additionally, the short walkway down from the parking space to the house is also steep. The road in the community is gravel, so it can be difficult to drive for a normal car. The villa has its own parking lot. You will find a grocery store less than 20 minutes. We recommend having your own means of transport. Not recommended for children under 6 years old and no pets are allowed.
