Bellevue Apartment - terrace and air conditioning

You will find a separate apartment with air conditioning in a luxuriously renovated barn with a terrace and a view of the countryside in the picturesque village of Mokrý in the Bohemian Paradise, which still lives its peaceful country life, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Due to its location, the apartment is ideal for visiting rock towns, castles, chateaux and other attractions of the Bohemian Paradise. A sauna is available from October to April for an additional fee. You can connect to the bike path along the Jizera River directly from the house. The nearest swimming area is 2 km away. Prague is 45 minutes away. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor above the garage of the neighboring house and is accessible by an external staircase through the porch, which guarantees guests complete privacy. From the pavilion there is an entrance to a living room with a kitchen, from where there is access to an external terrace with a seating area and a beautiful view of Turnov, Ještěd and Giant Mountains. There is also a separate bathroom with a sink, a shower and a toilet, and a staircase leading to the loft. In the attic there are 2 small rooms for 2 and 3 people (one of them passable) and a separate toilet with a sink. The attic has air conditioning, which guarantees a pleasant sleep even in the hottest weather. The living room has a smart TV and WiFi coverage. A washing machine is available. There are toys and children's books ready for children. We have a cot, bath and high chair available for the little ones. Guest access The apartment is located in a separate building of a former barn and guarantees guests complete privacy. Parking right next to the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation is ideal for families with children, couples or a group of friends. Not suitable for seniors with limited mobility (steep stairs to the attic).
