The studio is spacious and airy, with one bedroom, luxury king size bed and bathroom with rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, natural wood countertops, and cookware to prepare meals giving you the option to stay in and make a meal, if you like. Barbecue, patio table and chairs for outdoor dining or simply for relaxing while enjoying the views. Whether you're in Osoyoos for business or pleasure, our modern studio is the perfect home base. Guest access Suite has a private entrance and your own private patio area. Convenient parking is just steps from your door. Self check-in with keyless entry for your convenience. Other things to note This is a family neighbourhood and we love our neighbours so we request no smoking, vaping and no drugs of any kind. The space is not available for "events" or catered parties. Our personal living area is attached. We have a registered permit with the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS) and with the Province of British Columbia. Our home is located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and open valley views. During grape harvest season (typically mid-September through October), vineyards in the surrounding areas may use bird deterrent devices to protect their crops, which can result in occasional daytime popping sounds.
