Living Room Kitchen/Dining room 3 Bedrooms Office 1 Full Bathroom Garden to rear Parking at front -Living Room - The large living area is bright and welcoming. It has a large L-shaped sofa that doubles as a sofa bed. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use this. Telescope has been replaced with a piano. -Kitchen/Dining room- The open plan kitchen/dining room is to the rear and is a great space to hang out. Dining is at the kitchen island, It got 6 chairs and a sofa. This room has French doors to the garden, which makes it light and airy. -Bedroom 1- Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wardrobe, so there is plenty of space to hang your clothes. -Bedroom 2- This bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds. -Bedroom 3- This bedroom has a single bed with workstation. With a desk and chair, this is a comfortable, quiet place to work. There is a monitor that you are welcome to use. Large window for sunlight. * none of the bedrooms have any lock on the door. -Bathroom- The family bathroom has a shower over bath and wc. It comes fully stocked with toiletries. -Garden- The garden to the rear has a couple of chairs for your use, should you wish to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. -Parking space- There is parking at the front of the property for 1-2 cars. House has security cameras, indoor camera have privacy covers which you can cover if you like. Guest access Guests will have the entire house and garden to themselves. Other things to note coffee machine shown in picture has stopped working and needs repair. it has been replaced with a filter coffee machine. telescope has been replaced with a piano. Bedrooms don't have blackout curtains, only standard curtains. Property has 3 security camera. Outdoor front door, and 2 indoors in living and kitchen. Indoor cameras have privacy cover which you can use if you like.
