The newly built suite is completely separate, private and located on a quiet back street that is adjacent to the famous Trent River Trails. It truly is a home away from home. All the amenities you need are included in this brand new two bedroom suite within walking distance to one of sandiest beaches in Courtenay. It is a ten minute drive to shopping and restaurants and a pub and restaurant close by makes for a nice walk. The space The outside space has a gazebo that covers the entrance and provides shade in the summer and protection from the rain in the winter months. There is another outdoor sitting area that is in the sun. Guest access When you book for two the one bedroom with the king bed is available. The door to the bunk bed room will be locked but is available upon request at an additional cost on $25.00 per person. Contact the owner for more information.
