ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT THE GUEST HOUSE : This is a newer garden guest house is charming and cozy. It is private, safe, and secure, behind a locked garden gate. It is a friendly neighborhood. Double wide street with all-day parking. This stand-alone guesthouse is away from the main home to provide the tranquility for rest or work. A sanctuary for business or pleasure travelers. This space sleeps two guests max, with a queen-sized bed. The guest house has a large closet, with ample storage. A large shower in a modern bathroom, AC/Heater, fan, full kitchen with gas range stove, coffee maker/tea kettle, pots and pans, Smart Roku T.V (Connects to Wifi-Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc, with your own account login.) Has an electric fireplace for a cozy night in. * NEW RULES DURING CV19: PLUS Vaccine Certification including the Booster mandatory and will be presented by guests to hosts before entry. This is for all guests and visitors on property. We have a 48 hour or longer pause between guests for thorough cleaning and safe wait period. Requires all rules and protocols to be followed as recommended ordered by both State, County, and City as well as all CDC protocols rules and guidelines. At this time we are not allowing additional unregistered visitors at this property. Please when checking out, open all doors and windows, then turn on the ceiling paddle fan to air out prior to the cleaning services who came after you.
